There is a never a dull day in the world of what I do - some tell me it's management consulting with a compliance bend, others say its compliance consulting with a management twist. It's the different challenge each engagement presents that keeps me genuinely engaged with the work.
Knowing we're a trusted teammate for our clients - that they have confidence in us and value our partnership when they make decisions - that makes me deeply proud of what I do.
We're always trying to find the most viable solution to keep businesses compliant with our eye firmly focused on the client experience.
We don't complicate things for the sake of it - we want to find the most frictionless solution for the AFSLs we work with and their clients.
Take our work reducing the size of an advice document by 60% while still addressing all the legal requirements - that's the kind of outcome that makes a huge difference to a business - their team, their clients and their bottom line.
I'm a big NBA fan and I support the Melbourne Football Club. I enjoy good food and I coach a local community basketball team.
My current personal challenge is attempting to learn a language purely through watching Netflix shows. It's a work in progress!
