I've watched countless clients transform their view of compliance from burden to business advantage—and that moment of clarity still gives me a buzz after 15 years.
Yes, this field comes with challenging conversations and tough decisions. But that's precisely why I'm here—to lift advice standards and change the culture within advice and client services teams.
By implementing effective management, fostering the right team, and providing proper training, AFSLs can significantly alter their course by making ethical decisions while valuing each individual's contribution to the business.
True satisfaction for me comes from seeing the businesses we work with thrive beyond just passing compliance audits.
With a personal mission to reframe thinking and bring practical solutions to compliance challenges, I love engaging with audiences to spread this message. I’ve been a speaker at the FAAA conference for a number of years and am regularly engaged by industry groups to share practical insights.
I'm an avid traveller who loves reading and enjoying good food, working out at the gym and spending time with friends and family.
My happy place is hiking - I enjoy the physical and mental challenge, and of course the incredible views. My bucket list is to hike all 63 National Parks in the US. 10 down. 53 to go.
